In 2017, Dr. Naushaba founded Mera Ghar, a second branch of Bazeecha Welfare Foundation, driven by her passion to empower girls through education and holistic development. Her vision goes beyond providing shelter—she aspires to build a permanent home where the girls, whom she lovingly calls her “angels,” can grow in a safe, nurturing environment.
Alongside her philanthropic work, Dr. Naushaba serves as Head of Radiology at Social Services Hospital in Islamabad. Her medical expertise enriches her leadership at the Foundation. With unwavering dedication, she continues to inspire those around her, shaping Mera Ghar into a place where young girls thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Hina Qureshi is a seasoned educationalist, EQ 2.o Specialist, and Remedial Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting students with Dyslexia and other learning difficulties. For the past 15 years, she has played a vital role on the Board of Directors at Bazeecha Welfare Foundation, offering strategic guidance, innovative ideas, and support to the management team.
Hina holds certifications in psychotherapy and is an EQ 2.0 psychometric assessment specialist (MHS Dubai), enhancing her ability to address both the cognitive and emotional needs of students. Her deep expertise, combined with a passion for inclusive education and emotional intelligence, makes her a valuable asset to the Foundation.
Hina’s commitment continues to shape Bazeecha’s mission of empowering underprivileged youth through holistic and transformative support.
Rubeena has served as Director of Marketing at Bazeecha Welfare Foundation since 2009, actively promoting the organization’s mission and building vital community support. Her journey in social impact began with the Munir Foundation, where she worked closely with children with borderline intellectual challenges and led public awareness and fundraising efforts.
Earlier, as a program officer at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Rubeena gained valuable experience managing training programs and collaborating across cultures—skills that continue to enhance her leadership at Bazeecha. With a degree in Home Economics, specializing in child development and dietetics, and a rich Pakistani-Japanese heritage, she brings cultural fluency and empathy to her role.

Raheela has been closely involved with the organization since its very inception. From the beginning, she has supported Bazeecha in every way she could—whether through hands-on involvement, strategic guidance, or simply being present when needed. Her long-standing dedication has been a steady force behind the Foundation’s growth and stability over the years.
Raheela is deeply committed to improving the lives of underprivileged children and communities. She believes in creating lasting change through education, awareness, and empowerment. Her work focuses on building programs that equip people with the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to break the cycle of poverty and build better futures for themselves. With her compassionate heart and practical leadership style, Raheela fosters a culture of learning, self-reliance, and community support.
Maryam Burki plays a key and multifaceted role at the institution, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving the quality of education. Her dedication to academic excellence goes beyond the classroom content. Maryam also takes an active role in evaluating both teachers and students. Zeeshan Masood is Manager Operations and Accountant at Bazeecha Welfare Foundation. He is a diligent worker who demonstrates a strong work ethic, commitment, and attention to detail in his job. He has been associated with the Trust for the last nine years and added great value.
He manages day-to-day operations which includes overseeing various administrative, financial, and operational tasks to ensure the trust functions effectively and achieves its objectives. His contributions streamlined our financial operations, ensuring compliance and financial stability.
Zeeshan plays a critical role in ensuring that the trust's resources are used efficiently and effectively to support the charitable causes and initiatives it is dedicated to. He is keen learner and has a strong desire and commitment to acquire new knowledge, skills, and experiences and is passionate about Web Development and currently working on the various projects.
Hamna is a dentist by profession but has strong desire to serve the community and make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. By effectively using her knack for social media, she believes she can reach a wider audience and inspire others to join her in making a difference for the underprivileged.
She dedicates her time to designing meaningful content and promoting trust through her social media posts. Social media can be a powerful tool for spreading awareness, building trust, and advocating for causes that benefit the underprivileged.
Within Bazeecha, her role revolves around media, and it encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. She is involved in various stages of media project development, including conceptualizing, designing, producing, and editing. Leveraging her expertise, she ensures the effective communication of Bazeecha Welfare Foundation’s message through different media platforms. It is her responsibility to ensure the smooth coordination of production and distribution-related activities, thereby guaranteeing that Bazeecha’s media projects reach their intended audience.
